How quickly will my order ship?
All of our products are handmade and are typically placed in the mail 1-3 business days after you order. We use USPS First Class Mail. We update our Instagram bio with the most ‘up-to- date’ turn around time information.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Before placing an order, please email emmiekayco@gmail.com to see if it is possible that I can get your order completed sooner.
Will I be notified once my order ships?
Yes! You will receive  an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking to be activated by the Post Office. 
Can I change the address on my order?
We cannot guarantee that you order's shipping address can be changed due to our quick turn around time. Please double check address when ordering. If you do make a mistake with the address please email emmiekayco@gmail immediately with the subject line: CHANGE ADDRESS.
What happens if my package is lost or is stolen? 
If you purchase Route insurance then you can file a claim and choose to get refunded or have a replacement order sent out again. The link to file a claim is here:

 What materials do you use to make your jewelry?
Our pieces of jewelry have been made with the highest quality of materials that been tried, tested and approved by us. We use only gold filled components that allow your jewelry to last for years. 
What does Gold Filled mean?

Gold filled jewelry has 100% more gold than gold plated jewelry, making it highly unlikely to ever tarnish, flake, or change colors. 


 Are these bracelets safe for my baby?

Our mission is to make safe baby bracelets that are fixed-clasp, non-stretchy and are made with the highest quality beads and materials. While our bracelets are very durable, they are not indestructible. Please use Emmie Kay under the supervision of adults. 


Do you offer collabs?

Yes, I sometimes offer free product in exchange for photos or publicity. If you are interested, please email emmiekayco@gmail.com. But keep in mind that collab opportunities are very rare and Influencer collaborations are highly selective. I do love working with photographers though! If you are a photographer and are interested in a product exchange— email your portfolio to emmiekayco@gmail.com.

What happens if my bracelet breaks?

If your bracelet breaks within the first SIX weeks (since day of delivery), we will either replace it or issue shop credit to use. Unfortunately, if it breaks after the six weeks, we will not replace it or issue credit.
