If you ordered the wrong size or style, e-mail us at email@example.com. We will have you send the product back, and upon receipt of the product- we will reach out to you and issue you store credit in the amount paid for the bracelet (minus the costs of shipping).
Our policy lasts 30 days from the day of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t replace, return, or exchange any product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

We only replace items if they are defective. If you believe you received a faulty item, send us an email at email@example.com.
